  • Transfer funds to other cardholders
  • Make deposits using other checking/savings accounts or bank cards
  • Activate our patented security/fraud prevention features (more on this below)
  • Change your PIN (ATM Personal Identification Number) Speak to one of our live customer service representatives (English and Spanish).
  • Our Interactive voice response system is secure because we identify your primary phone number when you call in. If we can identify your phone number, we ask you for your personal passcode to access the voice response system. Once your passcode is successfully entered, you have access to your account information. Using this type of voice response system makes your inquires fast and secure !

CARDHOLDER NOTIFICATION

Our cardholder notification feature allows you to receive cell phone text messages or email messages any time there is activity on your card. You can elect to receive notifications for the following:

  • Purchases
  • Deposits
  • Low balance alerts
  • Purchase attempts while you have your card turned off
  • When you receive a notification, your new balance is always displayed. We'll let you know exactly how much money you have in your account every time you use your card!

Through our SecureAccount technology, you have the ability to turn your Prepaid Visa® Card Account off when it is not in use through our Interactive Voice Response system. This means any time a purchase is attempted while your card is off, the purchase will be denied. For ultimate flexibility, you can turn your card on for a "one time purchase." This means you can turn your card on, make a purchase and we will automatically turn it off for you after your purchase. PROTECTION FOR ONLINE BANKING

Our Secure Account technology allows you to turn off access to your Prepaid Visa® Account online banking Internet website. No one will be able to access your account via the Internet while your online banking access is turned off. When you are ready to use our online banking website, simply turn on Internet access via our Interactive Voice Response system and you are ready to go!

INTERNET ACCOUNT ACCESS

With our Internet cardholder website, you can perform all your banking needs - transfer money, make deposits, view your transaction history, get account statements and much more. You must create a unique account log in and password to access your account from the Internet. After you create your unique account log in, at no time do we ever display your account number or ask for your account number anywhere on the cardholder website. At no time do we ever ask for your social security number on the Internet or display this information. To us, your privacy and account security is our major focus.

We have worked hard to give you as many options as possible to make deposits into your Prepaid Visa® Card Account . You can deposit funds from:
  • Direct payroll deposit with no fees
  • Cash at any of the 1,000s of MoneyGram Agent locations in the US
  • Other checking or savings accounts you may have
  • Other bank cards such as MasterCard or Visa®
  • Personal checks or money orders
  • At one of our affiliated store locations

SUBORDINATE CARDS


A subordinate card is a Prepaid Visa® Account Card that is owned by you but given to another cardholder. As the owner of the subordinate card, you can set spending limits, view purchases and easily perform immediate account to account transfers to the subordinate card. All subordinate cards are listed on the cardholder website under your account. This is a perfect solution for parents and kids!
